This department store, held by two brothers from five generations of carpet manufacturers and traders, has one of the largest stocks across the country. Carpets of all ages and sizes, nomads or city, dwarfs, silk carpets… You will find your happiness in no way whatever your desire and especially your budget because, on that side too, there are all the scholarships.

But before you decide, take the time to smoke in the shop, which is virtually a museum of the carpet, so you can unravel it with beautiful pieces. And let the two brothers, the youngest of whom speaks French, make you dream through a presentation of the different types of carpets, their symbolism, their value. They will answer all your questions in a very relaxed way around a cup of tea. If you sympathize, you may have the chance to be invited to the reserve to see the most beautiful parts. The house also offers weaving demonstrations and can take, on reservation, customers to do with them the tour of nomadic artisans to whom they will negotiate carpets every three months. A serious address and an enriching visit, ideal by leaving the nearby Vank church (the store is at the first crossroad left by leaving the church). Don't leave without asking to see their "flying carpets", they also have!

I write in English so everybody can read. I was looking for a good persian carpet before i go to Iran so I checked almost all the carpet shops in isfahan and since there were some negative comments here so I checked other shops too. The price here was much better than Bazar and they are so friendly. the younger brother speaks french and gave me so many information about carpets and i managed to buy a nice carpet there which has a really good quality with a good price. I recommend you to check different places but at end check this place too so you can know the difference.

My worst experience in Iran: Approached by a "cousin" of the owner (who is then presented as a translator) of a famous carpet shop in the Armenian neighbourhood, we decide to take a look after visiting Vank cathedral. We let ourselves be seduced by a high quality carpet. Now, in the run-up to this shop, we have a doubt. Luckily we had an Iranian friend whose family worked in the tapestry field. So we learn that this carpet sold over 500 euros (starting price 860) is worth less than 200. We recontactons the seller who categorically refuses to make us money by insisting on the quality of the carpet. He even asks us to contact an expert on a very arrogant tone. We decide to sacrifice part of our stay and to contact an expert accredited by the union of saddlers. We certify that our carpet is not worth the price paid. Thanks to pressure from the expert and the leader of the union in person (in our misfortune we had the chance to connect with very influential people), we finally made the carpet and recovered a large portion of our money (minus 10% linked to currency change costs). However, the seller's attitude leaves us to think that he is in his right by escroquant tourists (he did not apologize, we say that this whole story was our fault and threatened our Iranian friend). We therefore strongly advise you to trade with this individual.
