BETHLEHEM CHURCH
One of the Christian churches in the New Joulfa district, the Armenian and thus Chrétien district of Isfahan. It was built in the early th century and remains one of the most important historical churches in the city. Built in the era of Abbas I, by Khadje Petros, an Armenian merchant, she distinguished herself by her inner iconography illustrating the life of Christ in 72 paintings.
