The Darwin is THE place to be on the Wine Route! It is a bar (ciders, beers, wines) AND a cellar decorated with bric-a-brac. The whole is used as a setting for tastings of flambéed pies cooked on a wood fire according to grandmother's recipes. In addition to the aforementioned flammakuecha, this resto-bar offers gourmet planks whose composition changes with the seasons: Savoy tomme, Italian coppa chiffonade, Touraine sainte-maure cheese... J’ai passé un excellent moment au Darwin ! L’ambiance, la deco, l’équipe. J’ai tout adoré. Il devient rare de trouver des endroits aussi chaleureux, sympa et bon. Avec la musique variée, les cocktails, on n’a pas vu le temps passer.

j ai passé une excellente soirée avec mon groupe d amis.
une deco originale qui rappelle l antiquaire qui exerçait auparavant.

Pascal a été tres accueillant et Amanda très sympathique.

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

J'ai passé deux très bonnes soirées au Darwin à l'occasion d'un weekend en Alsace pour voir les marchés de noël. L'ambiance dans ce est très conviviale et chaleureuse. On s'y sent bien accueilli.
La collection de rhums et de gins est impressionnante et les tartes flambées sont délicieuses.
Je vous recommande ce bar !!!
