Nicknamed the Kirsch Valley, the Val de Villé is a high place of distillation. Héritière, the Héritière of this ancestral know-how, is home to the premises of the Legoll Company, a distillery seeking to perpetuate tradition, producing quality spirits thanks to the care of the fruits used. In a picturesque décor made of huge copper vats and stills, there are classic productions as well as special vintages, aged years in des casks or flasks. Among these, a council, taste the one that contributes to the best reputation of the house: wild raspberry: a pure treat! But also late grape grapes, quetsches, kirschs… The house also offers some 80 jams - and jellies - cooked to old in copper tanks, without any colours or preservatives.
