The traditional butcher shop in its unique store form is over, at least as far as the Degert family is concerned! A stone's throw from the old building, in addition to the butcher's shop and delicatessen shop, there is now a grocery store and a restaurant with its beautifully stocked shelves. All you had to do was think about it! From the stall to the plate there is only one step, which passes through an open kitchen where all the meat sold at the counter is cooked and grilled. We don't do it with finesse, but it's invigorating and friendly! You can also come and have your morning coffee or come and taste a pastry in the afternoon. The grocery store offers artisanal products, cheese and wine, as well as a catering service.
