Not far from the centre of Cesenatico, this restaurant is a real delight. Pleasant covered terrace in the summer, pretty room in shades of white and blue, and a kitchen both simple and refined that favors beautiful seafood. There is no fixed menu, each season has its own dishes and specialities; a meal à la Saluma is a surprise every time, depending on the catch of the day and the seasonal raw materials from local producers. Warm atmosphere guaranteed by the attentive reception of the staff.

Top..sempre un riguardo per chi ha i cani e.... ragazzi...il pesce non si paga solo per il costo che ha ma per come si cucina...Roberto sa come si cucina...e io quando penso a cesenatico mi sogno i sapori della saluma...tappa fissa..bravi bravi bravi...

Cibo ottimo ma ci devi andare o prima di mangiare o dopo cena che x quello che ti danno riesci mangiare tutto prezzo sono abituato a certe cifre li 110 in due sembra onesto m rispetto a quello che ti danno ci sono 80 euro in più
