Impasto della piadina molto buono. A mio parere i condimenti proposti sono abbastanza buoni ma potrebbero essere migliorati. Ad esempio la mia piadina salsiccia e cipolla era buona ma un po’ asciutta, con una salsa penso migliorerebbe molto. Prezzi nella media.
