This trattoria is a family story that began in 1974, when the parents opened the establishment, and continues today thanks to the children who have taken over. Lost in the Apennines, the restaurant offers traditional dishes from Romagna and the mountains: fresh homemade pasta, invigorating soups, game dishes, porcini and chanterelle mushrooms, cheeses and cold meats accompanied by piadine. The restaurant is part of the farmhouse L'Antico Frutto, which offers seven beautiful rooms for a quiet stay in nature.

Prendetevi una bella domenica con il sole e andate indietro nel tempo viaggiando per l’appennino toscoromagnolo, osservate tutte le case di campagna pensate alla vita che c’era i bambini che andavano a piedi tra le colline di Montalto e poi sedetevi al Cervo e ordinate Tutto, ma tutto senza pieta’ tanto si mangia bene e si spende poco, poi addormentatevi li’ fuori con i cani…felicita’

Come sempre abbiamo scelto in base alle recensioni e anche questa volta abbiamo fatto centro!
La trattoria del cervo si è rivelata una scelta azzeccatissima, in un posto tranquillo lontano dal caos e dalle strade. Sito in piena campagna un luogo magico, dove si respira l'aria di campagna e bosco, dove si possono gustare le prelibatezze del territorio. Un luogo dove pranzare in una domenica autunnale per vivere a pieno la stagione e farsi cullare dal calore del legno e del mattone a vista!
Cibo nettamente sopra la media da provare, oltretutto prezzi molto competitivi

Prima volta, dopo tanto dire abbiamo deciso di andare. Location e personale a posto, sulla cucina (sinceramente) nulla di straordinario, ovvio che se una persona si fa avvolgere dal luogo e dal contesto può esprime un voto alto ma non è così. I crostini con il pane fresco e non abrustolito (non va bene così) voto basso, i primi piatti da 4 stelle, il cervo in umido era un misto tra pezzi crudi e pezzi cotti e dirò un 2 stelle. Abbastanza deluso per come me lo avevano decantato.
