Close to the Ranchi Junction railway station, this grand building dates back to British times and was used for railroad employees. Today, it's a Heritage Hotel with old-fashioned charm and excellent facilities. Rooms are spacious and elegant, with large bathrooms. Two in-house restaurants, a bar, a swimming pool, a spa... It's a pity that, as in all government hotels, service is very nonchalant.
