In the kitchen at Le Beau Site, Chef Arnaud Margalida represents the fourth generation of hotel-restaurateurs. A family saga that began in 1904! In this fine establishment, palates are delighted with 100% home-cooked dishes, tinged with Morvan and (more broadly) Burgundy traditions. On the Terroir menu, we feasted on an œuf en meurette with garlic croutons, followed by pan-fried Charolais beef with Soumaintrain sauce. All with a view over one of the region's most typical landscapes. What more could you ask for?
