ÉCOLE SURF HAÏTI
In 2011, Dr. Ken Pierce, a Hawaiian, settled with his wife at Kabic Beach and created the Haiti Surf Association to offer local youth and tourists surfing and equipment. In March 2014, two French, Christophe Dauba and Joan Mamique, took the torch and seven months later opened the first boarding school in Haiti to train the Kabic youth to the noble art of slippery slide on spot full of promises that might well become an indispensable Caribbean. To get an idea, see the following page: www.facebook.com/haitisurfguesthouse. Do not hesitate to consult Alex and Mano to rent equipment and ask Chris (Haiti Surf Guest House), he knows a ray about the region, and surfing!
