A small traditional farmhouse dating from the time of the expulsion of the Jesuits, to be visited in San Javier.
It is a rancho, a traditional little farm that dates from the expulsion of the Jesuits, when the settlers'families set out in the surrounding mountains and valleys to mount their small holdings: goats, cows, gardens. The method of production has not changed for two hundred years. The family proposes to milk goats and make cheese and tortillas. Very nice.
