A traditional restaurant very pleasant and appreciated by the inhabitants of Bucaramanga who come to taste typical dishes of Santander. Mainly meat dishes, prepared by the same staff in the kitchen for twenty years. The atmosphere is family and warm between the thick colonial walls, or in a patio full of flowers. La Casona is also very popular at snack time for a hot chocolate with tamales, pan de bono and fresh cheese. Sometimes there are folkloric concerts on the weekends.
