The Cerro Del Gallego viewpoint in Cerocahui offers the opportunity to observe the village of Urique, ideal for excursions

This is the highest viewpoint in this beautiful region: from this viewpoint you can see the small village of Urique, 1,879 meters below, almost twice the height of the most visited canyon in Divisadero/Barrancas. The excursion is well worth it, as it can also include a guided tour of the village itself, the small community of Paraiso del Oso and the Cueva del Agua. Not to be missed.
