This is a lovely hotel in an old 19th century hacienda: the adobe walls (light-coloured earth bricks) combined with the wooden beams give it a pleasantly authentic air. The whole place is built around an eco-friendly concept, with a vegetable garden and an organic farm, as well as a natural pool for bathing. Here, we collect rainwater and try to generate electricity with solar panels. You can stay in a wooden cabin or choose a room in the main house.
