The river was poop brown, the administration was horrible. We were told to be in the park before noon for our tour, and when we arrived at 10:45a they said we had to wait 3 hours because the last tour group left and there were no other tour guides to help us. None.

We asked if we could just use their life jackets because we had already paid, and they told us no. We tried to leave and get our money back, but they told us they could not.

Zero communication, zero service, zero "Rio Claro".

Don't come here, not worth the trouble.

We got robbed by the company. They told us to arrive before noon. We arrived at 10:45 and they informed us that they had no guides and could not take us. Then they refused to refund any money as we just sat in the park unable to to anything. Not to mention how dirty the river was.

Schönes Reservat für eine gemütliche Wanderung am Fluss durch eine tolle Natur. Auch ohne Führung möglich. Möglichkeit für Rafting, Höhlentour, Baden, Klettern und Zipline. Eintritt 25.000 pro Person und kostenloses Parken. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal.

En la visita por rio claro todo muy bien, el único detalle que sucedió, fue con el guía del rafting, que nos dijo que nos iba a tomar unas fotos con el grupo que íbamos y que el aporte era voluntario, nosotros aceptamos le dijimos que si y dimos nuestro aporte considerando su trabajo, pero llegó el día y nunca envio las fotos que nos "tomo" y envío algunos videos que no se pueden reproducir y otros videos de otro grupos de personas que no éramos nosotros... con esta anotación solo quiero compartirles que se aseguren que el guía si sea comprometido o si no que no ofrezcan tomar fotos y videos.

Great range od activities.
Park entrance will cost you 25,000.00 COP but the other activities (ziplining, cave expeditions, water rafting, lazy river tubing, or rock climing) will have additional costs. You need water shoes and head lamps, which can be purchased at the location for 45,000.00 COP if you don't bring your own.

Un lugar muy atractivo, creo que deberían empezar a controlar un poco el turismo invasivo que se ve para el sector, hablo de esos paseos de olla escandalosa, donde dejan basuras por todos lados y contaminación auditiva con bafles a volumen alto, esto por el ecosistema y los diferentes tipos de fauna que habitan la zona.
