The restaurant of the Mercure hotel offers you a traditional cuisine with menus where the expression "terroir" is privileged. A refined cuisine, with Burgundian accents, that flatters the palates of connoisseurs. In addition to these authentic dishes, there is an excellent wine list where regional wines are in the spotlight. During our visit, we tasted the forest pie with smoked duck breast and a mixture of fresh herbs. The main course was original in its taste, with a grilled Charolais beef whiting, a sweet potato tartiflette from the Burgundy period. And to conclude in beauty, the revisited bounty, coconut crumble and chocolate icing was a real delight. From the first spring treats, you will enjoy eating on the terrace, enjoying the spectacle of the Loire and its wild nature, right in the heart of the city. It should be noted that every first Sunday of the month, a brunch is organized: from salty to sweet, all flavors are available.
