The Mr Rogier restaurant offers authentic Liege waffles in sweet and vegetarian versions.

Extremely soft, the Liège waffle now has its place in Nevers. Since its opening in 2023, Mr Rogier has attracted a large following. Nothing could be more natural. Sweet or savory, vegetarian or not, these often highly original waffles are a real delight. Our favorites? The mozza-chimichurri, in particular. And the raspberry waffle with whipped cream and salted butter caramel. Pure marvels. And don't miss the tasty milk shakes. A pleasure for your taste buds, and for your eyes, they're so beautiful!
