This chic and soberly contemporary setting, with a special mention for its majestic staircase with turned balustrades, is a fabulous showcase for chef Glen Markussen's cuisine. Of Nordic origin, the chef directs his creations towards local culinary traditions, revisited to give them even more character, both visually and in the mouth. A very nice address, we can confirm it!
