Part brasserie, part wine shop, L'Estaminet is the place to be in Nevers! In a warm and friendly atmosphere, you'll enjoy mostly local produce and tasty cuisine. Charolais beef and Morvan trout feature prominently on the menu. We're particularly fond of the Chavignolette, a generous salad with smoked trout, farmhouse goat's cheese on toast, lardons, egg and goat's cheese sauce. As for the wine list, it features a wide range of references. And don't forget to try the excellent house cocktails.
