Het huis ligt in een rustige woonwijk op 20 minuten lopen van het oude historische centrum. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk. Het huis is erg compleet ingericht met oa een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Er is een ruime tuin met veel privacy. De Loire is vlakbij om heerlijk in af te koelen."
