We took the menu With fresh goat's cheese tomato compote, three salad leaves; once in the menu it was mentioned supreme polenta chicken vegetables: with the heated and compacted rice hard (where the polenta?) and vegetable of quickly whitewashed leek not cooked. When we asked the question regarding polenta, meet the waiter: " the chef does not do most of success ". This I without us to inform. We took this main course a polenta essentially.
