Housed in the former Victor Hugo school, the Musée Nivernais de l'Éducation features a reconstructed classroom from the 1900s-1920s, as well as a film library with 1,200 16 mm films, projection and reprography equipment. Not to mention a collection of classroom photographs, temporary exhibitions and an impressive collection of over 15,000 books (mainly old school textbooks) available to researchers (by appointment).
