Garden made up of squares of woven chestnut hosting annuals, giving pride of place to flowering plants.

Reworked by municipal gardeners in partnership with rose grower André Eve, the garden is divided into three acts. Squares of woven chestnut are planted with annuals, giving pride of place to flowering plants. At the level of the ramparts, you'll find the medieval "simples" squares, highlighting the power of medicinal and aromatic plants. The upper section features a pathway with benches inviting walkers to admire the overall view.

L'approche est époustouflante avec l'alliance de la pierre et du bois/ celle de l'ancien de l'abbaye et du contemporain de la rénovation. Dans ce musée, nous avons vu une collection immense de faïences et de verres émaillés (verres filés) illustrant les arts qui ont fait la réputation de Nevers du XVe au XIXe siècles. Par ailleurs, il y a de nombreuses faïences d'inspiration italienne. En outre, nous avons retenu le fameux "bleu de Nevers" (bleu très foncé).
Une visite incontournable à Nevers.
