Kaani Beach opened in December 2012, so it was one of the first establishments to try its hand at Maafushi. It faces the beach, as its name suggests, on Maafushi's lively main street. Its 20 rooms are large and pleasant, with city or sea views and private balconies. A lounge offers table soccer, billiards and karaoke. Kaani Village & Spa followed, opening in June 2014. Located on a quiet street, this is where you'll find the pool and spa, as well as a café-restaurant and 20 rooms.
