In 2020, Daniele decided to change his life and become a shepherd. He raises goats, happy to graze in freedom, and produces cheese as one rarely tastes. Ricotta, cacioricotta, stracchino, fresh or matured, his cheeses reflect the territory of Elba, both strong and delicate.
