We enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful in setting up reservations for activities. We used the bikes everyday we were there.

Amazing service and lovely people who run/own/work there. Free bicycles which is a massive plus as it’s 10 min walk to town so zooming around on the bikes is perfect. Lovely little coffee shop/cafe for the mornings and a relaxing pier into the ocean with chairs and sun beds. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable and the staff are very accommodating and lovely. The water cooler in the room is a great touch. You are only a few steps from the sea also.
The reason I gave a 3 overall (and I would give 3.5 if I could) is the shower situation, there was zero hot water and zero pressure, meaning we couldn’t wash our hair for the whole stay, and barely could shower unless you wanted a cold shower trickling out, so I felt dirty for the whole stay.
Now I know the island as a whole has water pressure issues however, for $250 per night we would expect to be able to shower and have have hot water. Also, the cleaners do not come every day, nor do you get your towels changed every day.
I’m reviewing based on that a 5 is a 100% hotel. It’s a lovely, cute hotel but for the price, the shower/ hot water and no cleaning/towels situation brings it down to a 3.5 for me.

Absolutely amazing experience. The owner and her staff were simply magnificent by their help and recommendations on the island. I miss having my coffee on the pier under the palapas… thank you thank you for everything.
