Barefoot Beach is a charming little wooden hotel right on the beach. Several types of accommodation are available: from rooms to self-catering cottages in flashy wooden cabins. The interiors are also decked out in fairly bright colors, but you soon get used to them, and they lull you into a Caribbean vacation mood. Bathrooms are simple but clean, and the hotel has its own pontoon with hammocks and deckchairs. The Caye Caulker slogan: go slow!
