RICHARD'S ADVENTURE
Guide offering a walk along a suspended wooden path or a boat trip to discover the wildlife in the island's unspoilt area
Richard Castillo is the driving force behind the creation of a small crocodile sanctuary in the Forest Reserve on the northern tip of the island, which can be reached in 10 minutes by boat. Here, he and his colleagues have created a 1.5 km-long wooden path suspended over the swamps and lagoons. He's an excellent guide to the wildlife of this relatively unspoilt part of the island. You'd better hurry, though, as the developers are just around the corner, and construction is beginning.
