This border crossing (Vendkalimi kufitar Dheu i Bardhë-Konçul, Granični prelaz Dheu i Bardh-Končulj) provides access to Serbia and the village of Кончуљ/Končulj (1,300 inhabitants, mostly Albanians) which is located in the Preševo valley. From there, there is quick access (11 km) to the town of Бујановац/Bujanovac (12,000 inhabitants, mostly Albanians) and to the major highway E-75 which crosses Europe from the Mediterranean (Greece) to the Baltic (Poland).
