The Daka family has been working the vines and producing wine and rakia for five generations. It employs three people, all from the family, to whom three other seasonal workers lend a hand. The grape varieties worked by the Daka family are: Italian Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, to which must be added the great Balkan grape variety, Vranac and two grape varieties used for the distillation of raki. The cellar, with a surface area of 200 m², produces 35/40,000 bottles each year.
