At this restaurant, you'll find a cuisine clearly oriented towards local produce, with a menu that evolves with the seasons. On the day of our visit, we whetted our appetites with an œuf cocotte with Berthaut epoisses, then let our taste buds feast on a filet mignon of pork, honey-rosemary cream and sweet potato purée. Dessert came in the form of a tarte tatin with Isigny cream ice cream. Accompanied by a fine vintage from the wine list! The establishment is also a hotel.
