MOULIN DE LA PRESLE
Visit the simple, modest mill in Planchez.
Like all Morvan mills, the Presle mill stands out for its modesty. Simple and isolated, it was established in the 15th century. Its wooden wheel was restored, then replaced by an iron one in the early 1980s. In addition, the building was raised to create an upper floor, which became the miller's living quarters. However, the original thatched living room has been perfectly preserved, with its fireplace and bread oven. The miller's daughter now runs the mill, where you can still buy buckwheat flour.
