KULLA E RAMË ZYBERIT
The Kulla Ramë Zyberi was built in 1860. She has remained in the family for 5 generations. It underwent transformations in 1908 when the openings were extended, making it more vulnerable in the event of an attack. It was restored between 2004 and 2007.
This kulla also served as a hostel, as the local hospital tradition wants. Apart from the fortified house, it also includes a garden, a well, a granary and a laundry area. The ground floor was devoted to the barn while the first floor, consisting of three pieces, was reserved for the family home. The 2nd and last floor is home to ODA. A strictly masculine use serves both a reception and bedroom for guests. This room is the most decorated from the whole house and is generally in the angular extension of the house.
