Born from the merger between the National Studs and the Cadre Noir of Saumur, its actions are carried out for the benefit of the State and all the public concerned by the equine sector. Payer 110€ pour que ce soit aussi long, c'est juste honteux, on sait à quelle date le carnet part, mais on ne sait pas quand il nous reviendra, s'il revient un jour d'ailleurs
Vous méritez que plus aucun éleveur ne fasse les démarches en France. Et croyez-moi cela va arriver bien plus vite que vous ne le pensez !!
