Restaurant with terrace on the waterfront where the chef concocts a traditional cuisine with a mix of flavors.
In a charming baroque setting, you'll discover the traditional gastronomy of this chic restaurant in the Pougues-les-eaux casino, whose kitchens are run by chef Clément Carbonniel. On the day of our visit, on the "Allée des soupirs" menu, we were tempted by foie gras and apple chutney with espelette pepper, followed by risotto de la mer, gambas and octopus, before finishing with an apple and walnut tart with mascarpone cream. And don't forget the delightful waterside terrace!
