Newly settled in the city centre, Tommy and Sandrine are now a delight for locals and people passing through who are rediscovering the true taste of good things. A trade which had disappeared from the city's shops a long time ago, and which today is not only a pleasant butcher's shop, but also a delicatessen highlighting regional products. On the butcher's stalls, labelled meats, grilled meats and charcuteries to be ordered in tasting trays for the aperitif.
