Dominique and Françoise Fonseca welcome you to their gourmet restaurant overlooking the Loire. A cuisine of subtle blends and extreme refinement. During our visit, we really enjoyed the perfect egg and cauliflower cream with porcini and goat's cheese emulsion. This was followed by a swordfish snack with grilled pork belly, apples and piquillos. We concluded with a quince tatin with Ceylon cinnamon. In fine weather, don't miss the chance to sit in the shade of the lime trees. Finally, the establishment is also a beautiful 3* hotel.

Chambres un peu anciennes, mais d'une propreté irréprochable, tout comme la salle de bain. Tout confort, TV, WiFi, coffre-fort. Calme à deux pas de la Loire. Belle terrasse extérieure en été.
Prix de la chambre 105€, petit déjeuner tout compris 13€.
Plusieurs menus sont proposés. Nous avons choisi le menu gourmand 6 plats avec les vins correspondants. Super savoureux !
