Gastronomic restaurant with a view of the Loire River where the chef prepares traditional cuisine with local products.

Dominique and Françoise Fonseca welcome you to their gourmet restaurant overlooking the Loire. A cuisine of subtle blends and extreme refinement. During our visit, we really enjoyed the perfect egg and cauliflower cream with porcini and goat's cheese emulsion. This was followed by a swordfish snack with grilled pork belly, apples and piquillos. We concluded with a quince tatin with Ceylon cinnamon. In fine weather, don't miss the chance to sit in the shade of the lime trees. Finally, the establishment is also a beautiful 3* hotel.

Soirée étape dans cet hôtel avec vue magnifique sur la Loire.|Excellent accueil du propriétaire.La chambre, grande et tres propre était fort agréable(excellente literie).|Le dîner a été un moment de réel plaisir (chef MOF!) et le petit déjeuner copieux .|Bref,vous l avez compris:n hésitez pas à pousser la porte de cet établissement sérieux .

L'accueil est très bien, par contre le service à table est très moyen, nous avions un enfant qui voulait se coucher vers 22h et on a attendu longtemps le dessert après que le serveur ait terminé de débarrasser les tables, manque de professionnalisme.
