I visited the restaurant, as I was deeply excited to try what's proclaimed to be the best & most elegant in the island. Was deeply disappointed as there was a fair bit of discrimination towards me (as I was alone vs in big groups). One of the staff referred to me as 'just for that young thing there'. The sommelier didn't want to entertain speaking to me and explaining to me the wines. Unfortunately I am not as young nor inexperienced and the attitude and arrogance very negatively impacted my experience. Not to mention I waited over an hour to even get drink. Not a place to visit if you are alone or in small groups, and service is definitely one of the poorest ones in the island.
He ido a cenar al restaurante de este hotel boutique, para mi fue LA MEJOR cena de los varios días que estuve en la isla.
Es sitio muy mediterráneo, elegante, con un jardín precioso donde se puede cenar o bien dentro en sala, es un sitio con una carta alejada de fritos, ensaladas básicas y arroces, sus platos son más elaborados y con ingredientes más diversos, hay surtido de panes, muestra de variedad de aceites, copa de licor al final y detalle dulce con el café.
Tienen una pequeña cava de vinos, recomiendo el vino local de Formentera, que no lo tienen en todos los restaurantes
Cene con tranquilidad, en un jardín iluminado, con un servicio muy profesional y una comida excelente.
Para mi es el mejor sitio donde he comido en Formentera, lo mismo no estás viendo el mar, ni el horizonte, pero este restaurante despunta por su cocina, si sigue así en un tiempo será un sitio de referencia.
Me ha encantado el espacio, un precioso y cuidado jardín muy coqueto y la comida por originalidad , calidad y sabor. El trato excelente y el precio un poco alto, pero muy acorde a los precios de la isla. Me gustó mucho el detalle de los licores y dulces en una cajita. Si tuviera que poner una pega sería la degustación de aceites y mantequilla. Creo que se equivocan porque en España no se cobra por cubierto y es un detalle que si quieres , lo ofreces pero no cobras 14€ por una mesa de 4 personas. En muchos restaurantes de la isla tienen el pan con allioli y aceitunas, pero no te lo imponen, simplemente lo ofrecen y lo pagas a parte.
Restaurant: disposa d’una terrassa molt maca amb moltes plantes. Ideal per un sopar tranquil en parella. El menjar i el servei molt bons, potser massa pujat de preu segons el meu criteri (170€ pels 2, el vi eren uns 50€). No és una opció aconsellable si la previsió es de pluja (fa 2 anys ens van cancelar la reserva a poques hores del sopar per la previsió de pluja).
Abbiamo cenato qui perché clienti del ristorante Aiguaisal a Es Pujols. Casbah è un ristorante con un ambiente romanticismo, cenare all’aperto immersi nella natura con un servizio TOP. I prezzi sono nella norma in rapporto alla qualità e il personale è gentile e attento al cliente. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Bravi!
Ho cenato in questo ristorante con il mio fidanzato e ci è piaciuto molto: sia cibo che ambiente sono super!
Arrivarci è un pochino scomodo per via di un pezzo di strada strerrata ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.
Una volta arrivati vi troverete in un contesto particolare, caldo e accogliente, ricco di vegetazione.
Il personale è gentile e il servizio all’altezza del ristorante.

Ho cenato in questo ristorante giusto qualche sera fa. Dopo anni che venivo a Formentera, l'ho scoperto solo quest'anno grazie ad amici e devo dire che è stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa. Location suggestiva, con ulivi secolari e piante esotiche, piatti gourmet che sono un piacere per gli occhi ed il palato ed uno staff cortese e professionale. È un po' difficile raggiungerlo, ma una volta arrivati a destinazione, vi assicuro che ne sarà valsa la pena. Tornerò sicuramente, decisamente tra i migliori a Formentera.
I want to start stating that the property itself was magnificent, beautiful, completely renovated and lovely. Everything was very clean and with excellent decoration. However all of these was eclipsed by the bad service the hotel personnel provided. Everybody was very unprofessional and slow, the crew was not coordinated at all, very bad management. The lady at the front desk was not very nice, she was not very servicial and had a weird attitude towards guests and then there where times when even no one was paying attention to the front desk, also they tried to add things to our account that we never ordered, this was very unpleasant. The restaurant was also very charming but the same issue with service, super slow and pricey. As an anecdote, I ordered a gin and tonic before dinner and after 45 minutes I was still waiting for it… of course I had to cancel. Also first day we went there for dinner (we were staying at the hotel and it was convenient) we were waiting for the main dishes more than an hour, they brought them at midnight finally when we were not even hungry anymore, a disaster. Also please be aware this hotel is quite far from the island main places and beaches so transportation from there will be quite expensive and painful.
This is a review for the restaurant. The setup is spectacular, in a lush garden nicely lit. The dishes include local products and have a rich combination of flavors and textures. I tried the bacalao and it was delicious. The desserts are also very creative and tasty. Wide selection of wines (a sommelier can assist you). The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with many customers and could be better coordinated. Overall, a very good restaurant in Formentera.
