Itinerary of 5 km that begins at the church of the Madonna di Loreto, in Chiessi.
Among the paths starting from Chiessi, we recommend the n° 103. The itinerary starts at the church of the Madonna di Loreto, where a granite staircase leads to the upper part of the village. The ascent is rewarded with a view of Chiessi, Pomonte and the islands of Pianosa and Montecristo. You can continue on path no. 104, called the "sunset road", with spectacular views of Corsica, where you can see the ruins (the old south wall) of the 12th century church of San Bartolomeo, before returning to Chiessi.
