Un punto di riferimento storico per l'isola d'Elba e soprattutto per i celiaci che qui possono trovare veri piatti freschi cucinati appositamente sul momento: un esempio su tutti la focaccia calda e morbida e pane del giorno e non il solito pane confezionato e riscaldato.
