FERME DU VAL D'OSSEUX
Le Val d'Osseux is a cheese producer located in Osseux, in the town of Rouy. This farm, run by Jean-Paul and Nadine Loisy, transforms the milk from their 80 dairy cows into various dairy products such as fromage blanc, crème fraîche, butter, Nivernais au cœur fondant and tommette. Le Val d'Osseux also takes part in local markets, such as the Marché du Colibri in Rouy. The farm store also offers a variety of local products, such as organic wine from Domaine de Bel Air, organic jams and jellies from St Pierre le Moutier, as well as tractor-shaped pasta and Tommette lollipops.
