Indian cuisine is often synonymous with a trendy and chic restaurant in Bangladesh. Santoor is undoubtedly the best kitchen in the sub-continent you can find in the city centre. The curries are tasty, the dal (lentilles) thick and perfumed, and the historical cooked to the tandoor (circular wood oven) not to be missed. The air-conditioned room features elegant mirrors and tables are nappées. Nothing to do with the little ragoûtants dhabas in Old Dhaka.
