This house (more than a hotel) caters for art and history lovers. Fully furnished, it traces the know-how of the Bengal craftsmen over time. Richly sculpted, bed frames, cabinets or desks adorn the rooms, delicately furnished with brightly coloured silk. Each room is equipped with a lounge area, suitable for reading or study. On the roof of the house, the restaurant awaits you, as in the rajbaris (manor houses) of the time. You can also sleep under the small straw hut to take tea in the afternoon.
