Dhamrai has many families of well-hidden potters in a maze of streets east of the main street. To find them, you should ask for your way. Otherwise you have to lose somewhere between the Roth and the river. By approaching the river you will see furnaces of potters. It is often a platform, under which a home is located. Dried clay jars are stacked on the platform and then covered with a mixture of straw and mud before being cooked. Most of the pots made here are intended to make yogurt.
