If Mymensingh has several addresses for small budgets, it is the cleanest of all. The rooms are small but well maintained and all have their own bathroom with Turkish toilets. You can also request a net from the receptionist. Located in the lively area of the railway station, you will have to take straight away from the lobby, then the left to the goose leg (at the crossroad), and finally the first street left. Nirala is right at the entrance to the street on the left.
