The palace ensemble of Natore de bears witness to the opulence and richness of the. This site of 20 hectares, surrounded by a double network of defensive moat, was chosen and founded by Raja Ramjiban Rai. His daughter-in-law, Rani Bhabani (1716-1795), continued and stretched her work when she took the head of the zamindar at the death of her husband. All buildings date back to the th century. While four palaces still stand, others are in ruins. They have long sheltered administrative services which eventually moved through the poor state of the buildings. Boro Taraf: literally means "the big side". It is made up of three distinct palaces located around a large rectangular grass which is accessed by a long walkway lined with palm trees. The building is placed in the north, west and south, while the east is open on a pond. Access to the main palace (right, back to the pond) is made by a high porch adorned with terrazzo columns and stucco motifs. It overlooks a percée of two games of triple arches and marble dallé floors. The main door opens onto a large lobby followed by a 9 m reception room. The apartments, located on both sides of the reception room, are. The rear veranda is supported by twenty terrazzo columns. The bordeaux leaves of the capitals hide naked women. The façade of the western palace is 60 m long. Its long veranda is supported by Doric columns. Only a long chair and a lemonade glass to revive this palace!

Its very simple structure is globalization by a veranda supported by eight double terrazzo columns. The second palace is in an advanced state of decay. A reception hall occupies the central and spacer part of its 15 m high the wings of the building. Its 113 m ² end with an advanced balcony overlooking the moat.
