Located in the heart of the pottery village of Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, the restaurant Au Grès des Envies is a daily witness to the richness that the land has to offer. The chef applies himself to cooking seasonal dishes, whose freshness is matched only by the flavors that he spreads on the menu. For our greatest pleasure, the egg casserole with black garlic, the parmesan tuiles and its mouillettes opened our appetite. The filet of saithe in a hazelnut crust and its endive Tatin were a delight to our taste buds, and the Catalan cream made us melt with pleasure.

Charmant restaurant avec une belle déco. Accueil chaleureux, tout le monde est aux petits soins pour le client. Notre repas était au top. Très bonne cuisine. Équilibre des goûts et des saveurs, dressage soigné. Tout était très bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bonne carte (renouvellée chaque mois), prix accessibles et accueil très sympa, je recommande - pensez à reserver, le restaurant n'a pas beaucoup de couverts et c'est souvent plein, même si ça peut paraître vide en passant (le réservations ne sont pas encore arrivées)
