Founded by Jean-Claude Dagueneau, the estate is now run by Damien, his son. The estate's vines benefit from an exceptional terroir of flint, which gives the wines a great minerality and flinty aromas. The domaine offers two main cuvées: Cuvée d'Ève - Silex Vieilles Vignes and Cuvée Terroirs. The wines are crafted with a unique sensitivity and femininity, with the women in charge of deciding whether the wine is ready for bottling. The domaine has won numerous awards and medals for the quality of its wines. Domaine des Berthiers wines can be purchased from partner wine merchants in France or from their online boutique.
